This pre-appointment policy is designed to ensure a productive and collaborative experience as we work together to create your dream website. The Enchanting Cancellation Policies

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. Notification of cancellation or rescheduling should be made via email or phone call to ensure timely communication. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests whenever possible. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date and time.

The Spellbinding Payment Policies

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required to secure your appointment and initiate work on your project. The deposit amount will be communicated to you upon confirmation of the appointment and must be paid within the specified timeframe to reserve your spot in our schedule. We accept the following forms of payment for deposits and project payments: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payment details, including any necessary account information, will be provided to you upon request or at the time of invoicing. The remaining 50% of the total project cost is due upon completion and delivery of the finalized project. Final payment must be made within the agreed-upon timeframe specified in the invoice to ensure timely completion of the project and delivery of the final product or service. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied towards the total project cost. Refunds for final payments may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our service agreement or contract.
